AC Chievo Verona reminds you that applying for permission does not automatically lead to the right to display a banner in the stadium.
Where permission is granted, this will be relayed to the applicant within the required timeframes via telephone and / or e-mail listed above.
The applicant declares to be aware that the authorised banner must be put in place no more than one hour before the stadium gates are opened to the public. After this time, the banner will not be admitted, even if previously authorised.
By completing this form, the applicant authorises AC ChievoVerona to handle their personal data for organisational and security purposes, with respect to Italian law 675/96.

TIMESCALE BETWEEN REQUEST AND STADIUM ACCESS
The request accompanied by the aforementioned certificates must be forwarded according to the described procedures 7 days before match day to firstname.lastname@example.org An annual request or a single match request may be made. The club shall be notified of every modification made, also no more than 7 days before. The applicants declare to be aware that banners must be brought into the stadium and attached at least one hour before the stadium opens to the public, and therefore three hours before the start of matches with non-major Serie A teams and four hours before matches with major Serie A teams. It is not possible to for banners to enter the stadium later than these times. After the banners are attached, owners must exit the stadium and re-enter via the gate number relevant to their tickets. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.
FLAGS and BANNERS
The same documentation must be produced for flags, banners and other similar displays.
We remind fans that drums and megaphones, as well as flagpoles of any dimension, extendable poles and umbrellas, are forbidden.
People visiting the Bentegodi stadium as away fans must go through the same procedures according to the same timeframe. The away fans' sector is the lower North End, and therefore any banners of those fans must be displayed in that sector.
