A.C.ChievoVerona has a limited quantity of free tickets for disabled people available for each match.
HOW TO BOOK
All requests must be e-mailed to email@example.com by the Thursday before the match, or two Thursdays before the matches against Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Roma, Napoli and Hellas Verona. Requests received later than these deadlines will not be taken into consideration. The documents to be attached to the application are:
-completed booking form
-ID document of the disabled person and the person accompanying him or her
Successful requests will receive a reply; unsuccessful requests will not. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis. It may be possible to request that a two people accompany the disabled person, and in this case the second person's ticket will cost ten euros.
Group bookings may also be made. On match day, those allocated places should go to Ticket Office number 6 (from two hours before the match up to the start) to obtain their tickets, and subsequently should go to gate number 14, with copies of their confirmation e-mail, identity document (including that of the carer, if there is one) and disability documentation.
